Wusthof Epicure 9" Slicing Knife 3922-7/23
The Slicing or Carving Knife has a longer and narrower blade than the Chef's Knife, which allows the knife to cut cleanly through meats. Two features assist with slicing: a pointed tip designed to guide meat away from the bone and a hollow edge with vertical indentations, creating small air pockets between the blade and food.
