Wusthof's Classic line has been their best-selling collection for generations. The Classic full-tang knives are forged from one solid piece of high-carbon, stainless-steel. They feature a handle made of highly durable Polyoxymethylene, which has a tight molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration.

The Classic 6 Flexible Boning Knife is perfect for removing bones from pork, beef, or chicken. Its long, narrow blade allows the knife to move cleanly along bones for clean cuts, and the flexible design makes it easy to maneuver around even the smallest of bones.

  • It's best to store your Wusthof knife so its edge and your fingers are protected, preferably in a block or in-drawer knife tray.
