Every kitchen needs a quality chef's knife and the Wusthof hollow edge chef's knife fits the bill. Such a versatile knife, it's great for chopping, dicing, slicing, mincing and cuts through thigh meat like a dream. The hollow indentations in the blade's edge reduce friction by gently pushing food away, so it won't tear or cling to the knife.

Sizes available:

  • 6 inch
  • 8 inch

You can prepare food effortlessly with this classic knife. The hollow edge of the Wusthof Classic Cook's Knife is crafted with evenly spaced vertical indentations, which create small air pockets between the blade and the food. The air pockets gently push food away from the blade and reduce friction and drag.

This added feature of the workhorse Cook's knife allows you to effortlessly prep a wide variety of fresh produce, including starchy vegetables, which tend to stick to a knife's blade. This version of the Wusthof Chef's Knife will surely become a favorite.
