The Swiss Diamond Sauté Pan comes with a vented, tempered glass lid and is oven safe to 500ºF. At a generous 3.2 quarts and 9.5 inches in diameter, the sauté pan is a perfect size for one-dish meals. This pan can begin on the stove top and be transferred to the oven for final cooking. It's patented diamond-reinforced non-stick cooking surface uses real diamond crystals which are embedded in a high quality non-stick composite. A pressure-cast aluminum body gives the pan even heat distribution with no hot spots and a flat base that will never warp.

  • For the best cooking performance, The Cook's Warehouse recommends heating the pan for 1-2 minutes prior to adding food. Use a low to medium heat setting.

  • Do not use aerosol sprays, as residue can impact cooking performance.
  • Nylon, silicone or wooden utensils are recommended.
  • Add salt after water has started to boil, otherwise small white dots or pits can form. Pitting does not interfere with cooking, it just doesn't look good and can be easily avoided.

  • To remove extensive food residue and stains, use a nylon scrubbing pad.
