Staub brings its enameled cast iron to traditional Moroccan cooking. With such features at its black matte enameled finish on the base to aid in browning and heat retention to its colorful stoneware top for style and durability, the Staub tagine (or tajine) produces wonderful stews, braises, and a variety of grain dishes. Its cone-shaped stoneware top re-circulates moisture so that the resulting dishes are tender and flavorful. Available in two sizes, one for individual servings and one for 2-3 servings.
