ive had the 12.5" skillet for about 2 years now and it looks just like I got it out of the box. it heats up super fast and can hold a lot of food due to the large surface area. love making roast chicken in it. sears steaks beautifully and thanks to the flat rivets, it cleans up so easy. sometimes it gets a blue hue on the surface but lemon or bar keepers friend makes it clean up beautifully!
