Commemorate GLOBAL's 35th Anniversary with a limited edition 3-Piece Knife Set that includes a paring knife, a santoku and a chef's knife. Each knife is made from a single piece of ice tempered high quality CROMOVA 18 stainless steel with a convex edge. The handle is hollowed then filled with sand so that they have the perfect balance. Each knife carries the special Red 35th anniversary stamp on the blade.

A multipurpose small knife, the 3.5" paring knife is great for hand peeling, precision cutting, slicing and detail cuts. The 5" Santoku is great for cutting, chopping and mincing vegetables. The blade has a straighter edge than a chef's knife and has a blunted sheepsfoot-tip blade with a thinner spine. The 7.5" Chef's Knife with Granton Edge is perfect for mincing, cutting, chopping, slicing and prep work. The simple and elegant design is sure to fit into any kitchen and clean-up is easy.

  • Do not attempt to cut through frozen foods or bones.
  • Do not cut on a marble, stone, tile or glass surface.
  • Do not cut with a chopping (up and down) motion. This is not the proper way to cut and only dulls your knife.
  • Do not use these knives for any purpose other than for what they were intended, i.e., the preparation of food.
  • GLOBAL knives should be hand washed with warm soapy water. After washing, rinse off with warm water and dry thoroughly with a towel. If your knife is not stored or cleaned correctly, you may find that rust can start to develop on it.
  • GLOBAL knives are very sharp and should be carefully stored to avoid accidents and kept out of the reach of small children.
