Kyle Shankman is the chef and owner of Speak Easy Supper Club, a pop-up restaurant in Roswell, Georgia that he runs with his 17 year old son, Trevor and his wife, Jade. He has worked as an Executive Chef, Restaurant Consultant, and Culinary Instructor in the Atlanta Metro for the past 15 years. As a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Kyle has an appreciation for the foundational techniques that every cook must know to gain confidence in the kitchen.
