The Wusthof 10" Diamond Sharpening Steel is useful for honing and sharpening your knives. This steel has an industrial diamond coated steel shaft and a slip resistant plastic handle. It is recommended for experienced users since the diamond surface is extremely hard and could damage a knife if not used correctly.
