The Zyliss Zester is a great tool for creating thin or strips of citrus fruit zest. Thin strips are used for garnish or added to your cooking for zingy, concentrated, citrus flavor. Thicker strips are used in jams and marmalades where you want larger chunks of fruit zest. This Zester has an ergonomic, balloon-shaped handle for the most comfortable use. It is perfect for either right or left-handed use and comes in either a green or yellow finish. The extra-hardened steel blade stays sharp and cuts fruit rinds quickly. The smaller holes are used to make thin strips, and the large center cutter is a channel knife which is used to cut thicker pieces. Dishwasher safe.
