Swiss Diamond sauté pans come with vented, metal-rimmed heat tempered glass covers. They have ergonomic "stay cool" handles that are oven safe plus a cast aluminum helping handle. It has a large capacity and high sides for a vaiety of jobs around the kitchen and is especially useful for dishes where your food needs to be browned, then the pan is deglazed and the food cooked in the resulting sauce.

Swiss Diamond covered sauce pans are perfect for cooking sauces, soups and gravies. They have vented metal-rimmed heat tempered glass covers, ergonomically designed handles which will stay cool up to 500F and feature a patented diamond reinforced non-stick cooking surface using real diamond crystals which are embedded in a high quality non-stick component. This technology means that the cookware has the following properties:
