Epicurean Cutting Surfaces make cutting boards from natural wood fiber composite laminate. They come in a variety of sizes and colors and offer a unique combination of a surface that is both dishwasher safe and won't dull knives.

Kitchen series boards are 1/4" thick and designed to be lightweight, movable and easy to store.
