The Wusthof Classic 4.5" Utility Knife performs small and intermediate cutting jobs equally well as well as pares fruit and chops small vegetables beautifully. The sharp point makes it ideal for small or intricate cutting chores. A 4.5" knife is small enough to do detailed work - but large enough to take on more heavy duty tasks.
