The Wusthof Grand Prix II 6 Piece Steak Knife set contains 6 Grand Prix II, 4 1/2" Steak Knives. These Steak Knives have scimitar shaped blades and this upward curve of the blade works like a butcher's knife to help slice meat with ease and precision.
