Wusthof Gourmet 10" Super Slicer with Serrated Edge is designed to slice meat, bread, cakes and other foods that have a tougher exterior than interior.

Wusthof Gourmet series knives are high precision stamped knives, that are made to Wusthof's traditional high standards but are more economical than the forged knives. They include the following features:

Precision stamped blade of high-carbon stainless steel.
Sharpens easily and holds edge well.
Full tang is triple riveted.
Handle is comfortable, durable and well balanced.
