The Wusthof Grand Prix II 7" Flexible Fillet Knife has an extra thin, flexible blade which makes it ideal for filleting delicate fish or preparing carpaccio. It is also an excellent lightweight slicer for other delicate foods, such as fruits and vegetables. This knife comes with a leather sheath that can be worn on a belt which lends it to use in either the kitchen, for travelling or outdoors while hunting or fishing.
