These double boilers consist of a top insert pan with curved sides which allow for smooth mising and blending, which sits inside a heavier bottom pan that has an encapsulated tri-ply base for quick, even heating and in which you would heat the water (which cooks the food in the top pan).

Both pans are made of stainless steel and the set comes with a tempered glass lid (which is oven safe to 450ºF) which fits both the upper insert and the bottom pan.

All parts of the RSVP Double Boiler are dishwasher safe.

Available in 2 sizes: 1qt and 2qt capacity.
