Mauviel M'heritage M'250 Splayed Sautepans have a splayed shape which is great for reducing sauces, a classic straight edge and cast iron handles which are attached with sturdy stainless steel rivets. (They do not have lids). These Splayed Sautepans are constructed of extra heavy gauge copper (2.5mm thick), that does not need retinning.

These pans are suitable for use on gas, electric or halogen cooking surfaces and can be used in an oven.

The Mauviel M'héritage M'250 Collection gives you an ideal combination of copper and stainless steel. The thick, 2.5mm copper exterior provides superb heat conductivity and control, while the non-reactive, 18/10 stainless steel interior is ideal for cooking all types of food and is easy to clean. This cookware features traditional, cast iron handles.

Mauviel M'héritage M'250 Cookware has clean, elegant lines and a straight edge to minimise drips. The cast iron handle(s) are attached with sturdy, stainless steel rivets. This cookware is easy to clean and will not need retinning.
