Le Creuset Forged Hard Anodized cookware has twice the strength of stainless steel and is guaranteed never to warp. Features of these hard anodized pans include:

• Dishwasher safe
• Induction compatible (with stainless steel disk base)
• Oven safe to 500ºF
• Hollow cast stainless steel handle remains cool while cooking on the stovetop
• Metal utensil safe non-stick coating

These pans with deep side walls and a slightly narrower cooking surface area are ideal for preparing "one pan" recipes e.g. chilli, curry, risotto, paella, pasta sauces, casseroles/stews. They are also perfect for pan-frying, sautéing, deeper frying.
