Mauviel M'heritage M'150c Sautepans come with copper lids and are constructed of heavy gauge copper (1.5mm thick), that does not need retinning.  It has cast-iron handles which are attached with sturdy stainless steel rivets.

 

These pans are suitable for use on gas, electric or halogen cooking surfaces and can be used in an oven. 

 

The Mauviel M'héritage M'150c Collection gives you an ideal combination of copper and stainless steel. The 1.5mm copper exterior provides superb heat conductivity and control, while the non-reactive, 18/10 stainless steel interior is ideal for cooking all types of food and is easy to clean. This cookware features traditional, cast-iron handles.
