Demeyere Pasta Inserts fit into the Demeyere soup kettles/high pots of the same diameter, are made from 18/10 stainless steel and the high brims prevent the foam on top of the pasta from boiling over.
This Pasta Insert is can also be used to blanch large quantities of vegetables before freezing them.
