The Revol Londres Oval Dishes are great for serving all types of hot or cold dishes and can be used for prep, storage and display as well as a serving dish. They can be used for roasting, baking, broiling and are partcularly well suited for serving fish. Made of superb Revol porcelain - these dishes not only look good but can go happily from freezer, to microwave, to table and then can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
The Revol Londres Collection has a simple, robust design. It is stackable to save space and has reinforced edges to provide extra strength for an easier grip and improved shock resistance. Londres' simple, traditional shapes provide even cooking throughout, and keep food hot on the table.
Revol porcelain is made of a secret mix that includes clay, quartz, feldspar and kaolin fired at ultra high temperatures which gives it the properties that make it unique. It can withstand both mechanical shock & thermal shock so it can go from refrigerator or freezer to oven to table (it has a working temperature range of -4°F to 572°F). It can also be used in a microwave and is dishwasher safe - for easy maintenance.
There is no cadmium or lead in Revol porcelain and it is non porous so it does not absorb fat, odors or bacteria - making it a safe, hygenic and natural product.
