The Revol Belle Cuisine Individual Soufflé Dishes are traditionally shaped bowls used to make perfect, individual soufflés as well as mousses, patés, aspics, condiments etc.  Their straight sides enable your soufflés to rise and crown beautifully. You can refrigerate them, put them in the oven and even put them under a broiler.  These ramekins cook food gently in the oven and then keep it warm when when serving.

  

The Revol Belle Cuisine collection include a wonderful selection of pieces that combine French tradition with modern originality.  The Belle Cuisine collection features handles that are integral to the construction of the vessel - the dish and its handles are made in a single piece which makes them extra strong.  These handles make the dishes easy to pick up without burning yourself or getting your oven gloves messy.  This collection contains a wide variety of pieces for all types of cooking including: casserole dishes, snail dishes, roasting dishes  and a selection of single serving miniature dishes. 

 

Revol porcelain is made of  a secret mix that includes clay, quartz, feldspar and kaolin fired at ultra high temperatures which gives it the properties that make it unique.  It can withstand both mechanical shock & thermal shock so it can go from refrigerator or freezer to oven to table (it has a working temperature range of -4°F to 572°F).  It can also be used in a microwave and is dishwasher safe - for easy maintenance.

 

There is no cadmium or lead in Revol porcelain and it is non porous so it does not absorb fat, odors or bacteria - making it a safe, hygenic and natural product.
